Our courier company – The Courier Guy has implemented safety precautions to ensure your safety as well as your delivery. They have implemented contactless delivery and collect to adhere to social distancing and COVID-19 precautionary measures. The Courier Guy’s staff have been instructed to avoid physical contact by placing your delivery down and stepping away while you retrieve the goods. Signature for orders is not required and the courier will note that information down on your behalf.
Unfortunately not – we have an online website which orders must be placed via this platform to ensure correct procedures are taken and we can track your order.
You can pay via EFT (electronic funds transfer) – we will dispatch your items as soon as it reflects in the SOLO SHOES bank account or alternatively you can use PayFast which is a secure payment method – your items will be dispatched from the date it reflects in the SOLO SHOES bank account.
Once you have placed your order and payment has reflected in our account – you will receive a notification of despatch accompanied by a waybill number. All items will be sent via The Courier Guy – you can log onto www.thecourierguy.co.za and select the PACKAGE LOCATOR option on their home page. Enter the Waybill number and select the View Details button. Pls keep your waybill number to track your order
You may cancel your order within 1 hour after you have placed the order. Thereafter, strictly no cancellations will be allowed. Upon cancellation you will receive a cancellation notification to update you on the cancellation status.
Our courier partner charges a standard rate of R60.00 per delivery
Once payment has reflected in our bank account – you can expect to receive your item (s) within 2-5 business days.
No unfortunately our courier company does not do deliveries over weekends and on Public Holidays.
